We made it. One year. He's bigger, badder, and better than ever!
Here's the stats:
- 22 lbs 10 oz (46%) and 30 inches tall (56%) with a really big head (99%)
- Working that walk into a toddly, wobbly run
- Started blowing raspberries, waving bye-bye, giving high-fives, stomping feet in excitement and for tantrums
- On cow's milk full-time
- Eats pretty well for most meals, though dinner is usually a tired battle
- Still - yes still - waking once a night
- LOVES being outside, swinging, climbing, music, balloons
- HATES getting his hair washed, being dragged around by Kate, and being told No
Jack's birthday was a weekday, so the kids went to school, but we picked them up early and headed to a local playground we'd never been to before to play...
Then the handsome birthday boy opened cards and presents back at home...
and of course ended the night with some cake (well, icing)!
...and then a bath, as you see he ended up iced in blue just like his cake, and the hair needed a bit of a washing!
