And hangin' at home...

Now that Mommy gets to spend the mornings with her little muffin, we're doing all sorts of playing. She's doing great in the pack-n-play with her toys and perfecting her crawling on Uncle Tyler's playmat from Christmas! (check out that hair!)

Hangin' with Nana and Papou...

Nana got bubbles and Katelyn LOVED them!

Katelyn stayed with Nana and Papou last weekend while Mommy and Daddy went to Kelly and Kevin's wedding. It was a nice getaway for us, and Kate did great with her grandparents!

Lunch date...

Father's Day was kind of funny, because Kate and Mommy spent much of the day with the girls! We had already scheduled a shower for Gina, but decided to go out to lunch first. Kate enjoyed noshing on a straw wrapper while we enjoyed our yummy food. Then she cuddled with Great-Grandma Calloway and Grandmom. Back at Aunt Kimberly's, we went picture happy with the prego ladies Gina (due in August), Julianna (due in September), and Kim (due in October).

Another visit to Grandmom's...

We were back in Delaware for Father's Day weekend. Lots to do....graduation party, Uncle Jared and Aunt (soon-to-be-mommy) Gina were up from Texas for a baby shower, and a girls' lunch date. Whew. Kate still had time to work in a good story with Grandmom and some scooting around the room!

Happy Father's Day Daddy!!

For Father's Day, Katelyn helped make a cute T-shirt for her papa. It was a messy effort, but he appreciated the result!

Another dip in the pool....

Katelyn enjoyed another swim at cousin Sarah's graduation party last weekend. She took to the water a little quicker this time, and loved her new "cabana" tube from Nana Fo! She loves to chase the bubbles and try to scoop them up and eat 'em!

Random cutie pics...

Lovin' her veggies!

A little unsure with the first bite...

Diggin' in during another dinner....

Katelyn is a fan of veggies...must take after her daddy! We gave her some broccoli to try recently...and she's happy about it!

A visit to Grandmom's...

Rub a dub dub...a dip in the tub
Catching some extra zzz's in the morning...
Mmmmmm.....banana!
A [rare] calm moment with the little tyke...

Happy kid...

So we have this Piggy toy that does the "This Lil' Piggy" rhyme, and it has totally saved us...changing diapers, putting her clothes on, trying to get her to stop wiggling while we need her to stay still for ANYTHING, this pig will stop her in her tracks! We've worn it out so much already the batteries are dying after just a couple weeks. Life-saver for any mom!

A better view...

Peek-a-boo...that remote doesn't know what's comin...Katelyn LOVES the remote. This is one of her attempts at using the furniture to stand up.
Still getting the hang of pulling herself up on things instead of people. Our coffee table also does not provide the helpful ledge that could be quite helpful to her, it's too rounded!

Standing up on mom's leg...

Inner Harbor snooze...

Katelyn was asleep in her stroller as soon as we left the stadium. She needed it...
Still a tad small for the umbrella stroller, perhaps?

And awake once more. Kate joined us for lunch at UNO and shared a drink with mommy!

Go O's!

Daddy sharing his favorite pasttime with his favorite girl!

Katelyn had her first Orioles experience just days after visiting Philly, but this time it was a day game. We were at the tippy-top of the stadium for the breeze, and it was so relaxing. Yes, relaxing! She was antsy and sleepy towards the end (I saw 2 other babies have no trouble falling asleep there, but Katelyn surely was not one of them. Gone are days when she sleeps during fun, exciting events - too much to see!) so we took a stroll to the Inner Harbor - pics to come - and she got some zzzz's...

Busy busy...

Like I said, so much has happened recently. Katelyn accompanied Mommy and Daddy to look for a new car! We finally settled on a Toyota Rav4, we love it! She was really good at the dealership, but boy, was she antsy. Everyone loved her! Bottom pic is Daddy's "trick" and Kate's best shot at a "pullup." Yes, he's working on her strength already!

First baseball game!

So much happened in such a short time. We got to see Nana and Papou just a few days after they visited, which is rare, and they offered us Phillies tickets! Yay, Kate's first ball game! Mom and Dad couldn't wait, so we bundled her up and took the trip. She was great, and lasted nearly the whole game, despite it being WAY past bedtime!
